Banzoin Hakka's Doppelganger

The prideful karasu demon of legend was once revered by a longstanding cult of worshippers located deep in the forests of the other Xenokuni. He can only be summoned when bestowed an offering of blood at his shrine and, while powerful enough to manifest someone's darkest desire, he is recorded in myth as one of the most volatile and demanding demons of all cultures. There are many accounts of encounters with him going sour, as well as folk talks where desperate humans met their own demise by his hand after he'd deemed their desires unworthy.
