A private detective. Once belonged to the Katsuragi Detective Office, where he solved many difficult cases and made a name for himself as a great detective. But a certain incident compelled him to leave the office behind and try making his own detective office at the dock area in a run-down warehouse, which he still owns.

He's no good at desk work, and is more adept at using his own head to investigate. His skills didn't completely decline over the time while work was rare to come by. He's rather loose when it comes to women.
