Anne Neurath

A close friend of Marine's and a first-class dancer. She was Val's lover. She is a very strong-willed and auspicious woman. She is the opposite of the motherly Marine, but perhaps that is why they can be best friends.
She is fed up with being forced by Francis to accompany him on his prenuptial trip. A few days ago, Marine began to speak and act as if Val were right in front of her. Francis is half in a panic when he sees her like this, but Anne is not worried. Anne is not worried, because the Marine she sees now is exactly the same as she was when Val was alive.
