Charles

Charles is one of the three High Council members that serve King Lucius. He's a very classy vampire that doesn't enjoy getting his hands dirty; but that doesn't stop him from being very capable at extracting information from others. He cares deeply for his three children. He has always wanted Terran to remain stable, and the birth of his children has only amplified that sentiment.
