Mikura Yumiko

A member of the 3rd Unit who is also a User. She has a gold membership in "Seika-san Fan Club," in which she is ranked 3rd. Despite being a User, she is of lower rank and rarely takes place on the frontline. She is rarely seen at the 3rd Unit headquarters during work, and is instead mainly down south of Hasou. Despite having the title "Puppeteer," her abilities as a User are rather limited, and she has no combat strength.
