Chouku

A Hakkenshi, he is one of the four head executives of Gotou Faction. "Chouku" (Chief) is his title, his real name is unknown.
Although he is considered the weakest Hakkenshi, among the four head executives, he has the most amount of subordinates in his troops. It is also the only one with an ever increasing number of members in Gotou Faction. However, it does not seem that all of his subordinates trust him that much.
His executive title is "Intermedius." It also seems like he is the one who came up with these titles.
