Toshirou

A subordinate under Intermedius troops, who is ranked Number Four.
At the time when Son and Gotou were split into two factions, he was directly serving under Chouku, which made him inadvertently a member of Gotou Faction. He does not really care about the conflict between the two, but rather only desires to have a good battle with any strong Users.
His current rivals are Number Three in his troops, Momoishi Maka, and a subordinate of Mondo, Ramon.
