Kaede is always full of energy and puts her all into everything she does. She hates losing, and immediately becomes competitive if the protagonist provokes him. She speaks her mind clearly, but suddenly begins stammering when it comes to sexual matters. She works hard in her own way to become a fine ninja, but has not seen much success. She grew up in the same village as the protagonist and looks up to and trusts him like an older brother.
