Shishou

The foster father of both Reiji and Freya, Shishou is a one-armed teacher of life lessons. While his true identity is a mystery, it is suspected that he was the former leader of the one of the branches of Voluspa. For the first time in years, he has moved back to Tsukiyomi-jima Island. Because he was in the same organization once, both him and Ichigo are old friends. Because of his kind heart, Shishou provides financial support to the orphanage Reiji once belonged to, "The Saint's Admonition".

Shishou is currently living with Sousei and Sakura at "The Saint's Admonition", and is helping to support the war orphans who lost their parents like Freya.

Although he once helped in the development of the artificial weapon, Kiseki, Shishou actually has a calm and peaceful personality.

Shishou's real name is revealed in the final battle against Loge as Subaru, a former member of Voluspa now in charge of the Subaru Project (a.k.a. Project Svalinn).
