Kamashi

He was originally named Kamaseenu, but because the creator, Niwatori, felt it sounded too french thus cheeky, he changed his name to Kamashi. His name comes from Kamashiinu ("biting dog" / "mad dog").
He appeared in Ver 3.2 and

immediately died by the "Scorpion's Record" of the unnamed character whose POV those scenes were using.

He has specially received the rights to remove the assasination order from No. 10014 down to 10000.
His speech is odd as he oftentimes pronounces "S + vowels" as "Sy + vowels" ("syayonara" instead of "sayonara").
He wears a helmet with the characters "Safety First", his eyes looks like inverted triangles and finally, he's a hunchback.
