Flippy

The mayor of Toontown. Flippy strives to be a supportive individual and a strong leader capable of guiding his fellow toons. However, Flippy struggles with low self-esteem and is constantly doubting his abilities as a leader.

According to Giggles, Flippy misused his power as mayor started an illegal draft in Toontown. He has no memories of this due to his amnesia.

After accidentally injuring Clara and failing to prevent several murders Flippy spirals into depression, even temporarily giving up his protagonist role to Pete during the second trial due to his inability to act as a leader.
