Riggy Marole is the rabbit responsible for hosting parties in Toontown. He is an excitable and energetic rabbit always searching for fun. Never lacking a smile, Riggy is always looking on the bright side of things. Riggy likes to call people "buck-o" and use nicknames.

Riggy takes his optimism to the extreme and laughs through murders and executions. He has no issues being cruel to others by mocking them and seemingly lacks empathy. Riggy becomes ecstatic when accused of murder -- being seen as capable of scheming to that level is a compliment to him. How much of his personality is an act is debatable. He told Bessie it was a coping mechanism while drained in Chapter 1 but has not shown any indication of it being an act since.
