Sticky Lou is the Ultimate Scrapbooker cursed with a certain affliction -- he always ends up covered in glue, no matter how improbable it seems. Lou is sarcastic and sharp-tongued, always offering a comeback to some of the more problematic toons.

Lou ends up conspiring with Moe to kill Flippy and Pete, however his ultimate goal was to betray Moe and kill him instead. Their plan fails when Tom comes across their attempted murder and Lou possibly lands the killing blow on Tom depending on the choices the player makes. Lou lacks remorse about his murder and was driven by his hatred of Moe. If Lou did not land the killing blow and does not have the cork from Chapter 1, he loses his leg in the execution.
