The game’s antagonist and a powerful vampire who often challenges those above him in the hierarchy. To get results, he relies on manipulation and subversion rather than brute force. However, he knows such tactics can only work if everyone in his organization is absolutely loyal to him, and if he can’t make someone loyal, then he’ll make them obedient.
