Samuel Ayers

Samuel is the central protagonist of The Smoke room, he is a white mountain lion (puma concolor) with black markings on his face. His build is referred to as "a builders build" and is considered hard working. He is from the magnolia state and he is the only male prostitute at the Saguaro's Hip, he is known most for serving men. However, he can also serve women. After he murders a miner via self-defence, he finds himself in odds with the towns-folk—and possibly the town itself—as he struggles to keep it secret, as his growing paranoia creeps on him.
