Kagamigawa Noel

Chloe's younger sister. Because she was born while Elise were in France, she did not know about Chloe's existence until the first meeting with her, when she finally came to Japan with her mother. Noel is a bright and cheerful person. She becomes emotionally attached to Shio and even starts calling him "Oniichan" (Brother). She speaks fluent Japanese, except for difficult words she does not know yet.
