Rukugou Tsukuyo

Despite having a withdrawn and gothic outlook, Rukogou is aggressive and adamant with her emotions. She is dismayed that her father is seeking to become the new Mayor, and worries of the impact this will have on her friendship with Kouichi. In light of this, Tsukuyo will go to great lengths in proving her feelings.
