King of the Kingdom of Faria and father of Luchesis. He is always interested in expanding his Kingdom and has clashed with the Kingdom of Regalia over land in the past.

Although he has some reservations, he is willing to his use his daughter as a tool of diplomacy and marry her off to the crown prince of Regalia.
