Scarlet Storm

The detective assigned to the case in part 2. Confident and slightly arrogant, she takes in Victor to help her with the case knowing that he is the key to solving it. She and the rest of the town seem to know more about Victor than he does. Has a gentler side to her and helps reassure Victor when he needs help. Only smokes for detective vibes.
