Driven and dedicated, Kostya is a harsh, strictly no-nonsense person with natural leadership skills but no charisma or amiability to balance it out. The moment he wakes up, he's already prepared to search for answers, and since then, he's stopped at nothing to do so.

This strong sense of devotion and need to satisfy curiosity can make him come across as not only nosy, always involved in others' business, but aggressive as well, for he tolerates little distraction or unnecessary "aggravation". He has a bad tendency to dismiss and ignore others' feelings when they don't align with his own, and to lash out when things don't go as he wants them to.

Deep down, he is rather reflective and thoughtful, willing to admit it when he makes mistakes, and does genuinely trust the other participants, even if he doesn't always act like it.
