Toujou Tatsuya

Tatsuya is a regular at sótano and a leader of a small, local criminal organization with an office near the bar.

At first glance, he looks gentle and businesslike, but he’s a suspicious fellow with the shady air of a Yakuza about him. He has some money invested in a local Italian restaurant, but he makes a big fuss about how rumors of it being a Yakuza hangout would be bad for business, so he frequents sótano instead.

He appears to be well acquainted with Maki and Hiroyuki.
