Oikawa Kazuki

Kazuki is a sótano regular and writer for a men's true crime tabloid. A delicate man who's difficult to figure out. He seems to have an idea of sótano's unofficial dealings and is treated like he's digging around, looking for material for a story.

He’s an unscrupulous man whose hobbies include sex and hitting on women, but ever since he was told that he’d be banned from sótano if he hit on other customers he’s restrained himself.
