Captain of the Ikagawa branch of the chikan execution squad "Cipher." She also serves as the private secretary to Mayor Makina.

She has a stoic personality and never neglects self-training. She uses all her holidays to train. She was orphaned because of chikan, and hates them with all her heart.

She looks forward to eating 20 pieces of fried chicken on her monthly "cheat day."
