The mysterious figure watching over Purgatory, a self-sustaining system that judges souls without bias or emotion. He rarely intervenes, existing only to deliver the final verdict. Distant, calculating and impossibly cold, he views human lives such as Grey a trivial existence. However, it seems he has grander plans and expects absolute obedience where attachment and mercy is not part of the design.
