Warren Valentine

Warren, the governor-general of the Republican Army, oversees the Imperial Nation in the aftermath of the war. However, he shows little interest in actual governance, viewing the Imperial Nation merely as a tool to fulfill his personal desires. To him, war is nothing more than a means to expand his power and enrich himself—a greed that has earned him the deep resentment of his daughter, Elsa.
