Rubeus Honeysuckle

Vice-Captain of the Police Corps, and Sapphirus's twin sister. She seems easier to communicate with than her brother, but she's as strait-laced as anyone in military uniform.
Apparently the Imperial Times even wrote "When the Honeysuckle siblings pass by, everyone hangs their head and sighs."
