Cecilie is a homunculus. She's well acquainted with the Agency's scientific inquiry into divinity, both ancient and modern. On top of that, she and Rebis are responsible for the development of Alice Gate, St. Leanne's fully immersive AR system. Her friends call her Ceccy.

Humans are her favourite kind of animal, and she's fond of Nene in particular.
