Aiko Maeda

She is the mother of the game's protagonist, Yuki Maeda, and is used for the first motive. In Chapter 1, as the killing game's first motive, each participant received a DVD from Monokuma featuring footage of the item or person closest to them in danger. In Yuki's motive video, Aiko is seen panicking as someone breaks into her home. Her fate after this remains unknown.
