Tsuchimikado

An Agency operative. He is tasked with relaying communications from Headquarters to the Capital Branch, as well as with assuming operational command over the group.

Allegedly a descendant of the legendary Abe no Seimei, he nevertheless lacks any ability as an Onmyouji. Due to this powerlessness, he avoids engaging in combat personally.

If you ask the man himself, he's just a part of the Agency's middle management.

In contrast with his cheerful demeanour, Tsuchimikado also has a cold-hearted side to him. He sees Uzume as little more than just another tool at his disposal.
