Oganesson

A shadowy figure behind most events in Neon's life. A representative of the ancient “Clan of Conquerors,” she believes that the chaos of the world (the Fog) is not a threat, but a resource that must be subjugated.
She possesses an iron will and absolute confidence in her own righteousness. For her, people are tools, and feelings are a weakness. She is looking for a way to rebuild the world according to her plan, and Neon is a key element of that plan.

Element No. 118 (Oganesson). The heaviest and most unstable element. She organized the murder of Neon’s mother, the kidnapping of Neon herself.
Her goal is to use Neon’s power “Vacuum” to stabilize and subjugate the “Devouring Fog.”
