Vlad was once a member of the Lilac Spell Corps and is known as a living legend among witch fans.
As her moniker, "The Witch of Blood," implies, she's famed for the fierce battles she fought while in active service.
She became a professor at Lilac Academy after retiring and now dedicates herself to training the next generation.
Her harsh training methods stem from the kindness of her heart. All she wants is for her students to survive when they join the Spell Corps.
