Inaho Shin

A tenant at the apartment that Ken lives at and a freeter. He owns a dog named Tomoya that he keeps in front of the apartment. He works at a chain restaurant called "Ressac" and is co-workers with Ken. He used to be a student at Sumisora High School before he dropped out. He refers to Ken as "Inaken" and to Hotaru as "Tarutaru."
