Loretta Saintlight

Loretta is a sister of the Baselbute Order, a cult that worships Lucius as a god. She schemes to resurrect him in order to bring the Empire to ruin.

She has a striking figure and appears as a gentle, refined beauty, but beneath the surface she's a weirdo with a fanatical, near-mad devotion to Lucius. She throws herself fully into serving him, but her reckless, indiscriminate methods leave a sense of unease.

She possesses the 'Creation' rune. She can bring anything non-living into existence, provided that she knows its structure. All creations disappear after a time.
