Duchess Deirdre

Deirdre is the Duchess of Tior. Deirdre became Duchess upon the death of her oldest son, Daryl, who was married to the Prince's sister, Sarah. Her youngest son was not of age. Deirdre hopes her grandson, Timon, will be the next Duke, rather than her youngest son. Deirdre is close to the King and often officiates on his behalf in the capital. Rumours abound that Deirdre was the King's true love and mistress for two or three decades.
