Tsugihana Ruruko

An upperclassman whose personality completely clashes with her appearance of an ideal upperclassman. Though her English grades are good, she sucks at pronunciation. Ruruko is a well-known troublemaker throughout the school who teases everyone in order to get a reaction out of them. She likes coming up with nicknames for the people around her, and is also Misumi's older sister.
