Serina Malgrid Octavius

"Mal" is a second-grade student and is in the same class as Masato. Whether of her own free will or not, Mal is very often the focus of attention being quite charismatic, competitive and (especially) having a host of admirers at her side. She is well known in the academy for her skills with her Railgun, which she masters to perfection (she has the reputation of never missing a single one of her targets).

She claimed herself as Masato's rival, which Masato has no interest in, thinking instead that they would make a wonderful duo if they had to fight as a team (which makes her blush a lot).
