Ooe Kagura

Kousuke's strange kouhai who is often staring at the sky and occassionally claiming that she is receiving radio waves from the aliens. Kagura is extremely curious about non-scientific things such as fortune telling and magic. She claims that she needs Kousuke's semen in order to perform her magic arts. She is overprotective of her younger sister Otoha, and also loves eating her cooking. She also has a sensitive tongue.
