Serious and full of intellectual curiosity, she constantly reads books.
Among the goddesses who are all lacking on information about the human world she is relatively knowledgeable, but is devoid of actual experience on Earth. She is filled with a sense of duty and, even more than that, with pride, which made her say "Requesting a change!" upon meeting Yutaka.
However, that is caused by her inner weakness and fear of making children and child birth.

Kyubere is her older sister whose personality is just the opposite, but Rhea still secretly relies on her. In the shrine she uses her serious personality to help out with accounting.
