Tachibana Hazuki

Ochiba's younger sister who is very polite and affectionate. She goes to Tsukigasaki’s Kindergarten with her friends Marimo and Shiina. After Riku finds her and pats her on the head she becomes attached to him, calling him Onii-chan.

She is an Elfin who can use the rune precognition. Her powers were sealed away by the ring made by her father, but she still uses her power subconsciously, especially if something bad is about to happen.
