Richter

Richter is the younger brother of Karlheinz and the uncle of all six of the Sakamaki brothers.

Richter appears to many as lovesick and can be very pretentious shown as he will do anything Cordelia asks him to do just to gain her love and attention. Richter can show a few signs of being arrogant in some ways as shown when he compares his strengths and powers to that of the Sakamaki brothers.

Richter, just like Cordelia, is very conceited and will do anything (going as far as to trick Cordelia to thinking he actually loved her in the anime) to become stronger than his brother Karlheinz and become the head of the family.

It is mentioned in the game that he was also in love with Cordelia and fought with his brother for her but lost. Despite that they end up having an affair. When the triplets killed Cordelia, just before she died, she asked Richter to take out her heart and transplanted it into another body. He does what she asks and implants her heart into Yui’s body to preserve her blood and power. After that, Richter handed the baby to Seiji Komori, a vampire hunter, to avoid 'Cordelia' being taken by his brother again.

It is seen that subaru hate him very much.
