Susana

She runs the titular Flower Shop. Susana is a kind and helpful soul, as evidenced by how kindly she treats not only the protagonists but also the entire village. Though Susana is normally sweet and caring, she is easily riled by the mere mention of someone eating foods with preservatives or artificial additives due to (possibly) being a vegetarian.
