She is Yuuma and Shinku's daughter. After losing her parents, she was raised by Shigure and Suzu. One day, she stumbled upon Nikaidou Ai's book. With help from Ai and people around her, she tried and succeeded getting her parents back, giving her family a happy ending.

Nikaidou Sora (along with Nikaidou Ai) are actually two parts of the soul of the "original" Haku who was the mother of the Ren who took Kanoue Yuuma's name. Sora's soul was created from the bad memories Haku's soul chose to leave behind when reincarnated.
