A taciturn man who is Hinako's bodyguard. Although he is Hinako's legal guardian, Hinako's existence is important to Keisuke like that of a precious daughter. In the past, Keisuke had lived a worthless life until Hinako's later father took him in and asked him to do a favor. That favor being to keep Hinako close to him like a momento and support her until she is able to live a calm and happy life.

Due to Keisuke's genuine loyalty, the loyalty which he believes in, he does not let out any of his true feelings and swore an absolute oath that he will put his life on the line for Hinako. Therefore, he does not expect any kind of hope to help him, and will continue to act as Hinako's sword to cut down all those who harm her like a cold-blooded battle machine.
