Protagonist of the story and Meguri's older brother.
On the way home from school, he falls in love with a mysterious yet beautiful girl from the other school when they are passing each other. By whim, he asks Meguri for help and able to get to the same school as her thus intending to confess his love. However, not confident enough, he asks Meguri for more help so there's no way he would ever got ever rejected. This resulting in him to be casted a magic spell called "Kokkai no Gi". But unbeknown to him, this spell would bring calamity to him and the others.

It's revealed in the end of Meguri's route that Kokai no Gi was created by a pair of siblings who fell in love with each others, but fate prevented them to be 'united' and accepted by society. Tokiya is the reincarnation of the brother.
