Gouda Teppei

A second year student in Kashima school and a member of the Kasuga Independent Gang. The gang meetings always take place at his house.

Serina's childhood friend, he is secretly head over heels in love for her, thus he and Tatsuya are rivals ever since they were wee lads. But Serina only looks at them as ordinary childhood friends.

He has a huge frame, and a hearty lively attitude. His family owns the fish shop in Kashima which he will inherit one day.
