In return for taking care of her with stuffs like food, bathing and so on, she does some naughty things with the protagonist which gradually turns into a regular routine, and that became somewhat a compensated dating-like relationship.

Although whenever she says that, her true intention is the complete opposite.
Has her first period during the course of the story.
