A dictator-like girl who is also the daughter of one of the school's sponsor companies. Because of the fact that Tamaki is also the student council president, she keeps the order around school with her strict rules. She won't let anyone get in her way nor does she tolerate anyone breaking or bending the rules she has set in stone.

Because of her nature, it comes as no surprise that Tamaki has a hidden sadistic side to her. She has taken an interest in Chiaki, and loves teasing him and seeing him agony, showing herself as a superior human being. However, for some reason she has a complex about her name, and calling her "Tama" will make her go into a fit of rage.
