Tsukimura Shuuichirou

Tsukimura Shuuichirou is Makoto and Yuki's childhood friend. He is one grade above Makoto, and often takes on the 'protective older brother' persona whenever he's around. Affectionately known as "Shuu-chan" by the two Aizawa's, they've known each other since they were kids. He loves basketball as much as Makoto, and he's the president of the Student Council, despite his outlandishly loud golden dyed hair. Yet everyone from teachers to his friends trust in him.

Shuuichirou is very capable, and as the Student Council President, can be relied on when the going gets tough. He ends up being dragged into chasing after the phantom thief along with Makoto.
