Shimizu Chika

Shimizu Chika is the classmate of Shuuichirou, and is the Student Counsel Vice-President. She is an excellent student, and a born leader in class, but by no means does she have a fat-head about it. Owing to this, her up-beat attitude, and strong aura, she is incredibly popular amongst both guys and girls alike.
