Tamura Hiromi

Makoto's classmate in the Normal Department. A self-styled 'Phantom Thief Jade devotee'. Once he gets absorbed into something, nothing else even shows up on his radar.

Tamura claims to be Jade's biggest fan, and has the biggest attitude to match. His finely tuned 'Jade-senses' can pick up the quietest whisper from across the classroom, and he can go on for hours with his gushing. He's loud, easily excitable, but is also very caring and friendly. He might have some screws lose, but his heart is in the right place.
